Q: What file formats do we accept for Artwork?
A. Our rubber Stamp process requires good quality black and white images for optimum results. Although we use bitmaps, vector art will result in crisper printing. We use Adobe Illustrator CS2 (.ai) to typeset our stamps; however we also accept PDF, Corel X5, EPS or Black and White Jpeg and Tiff.

Q: What file formats are accepted for Graphics when Ordering Online?
A. Online Ordering: graphic Upload � Recommendations � File format: Bitmap (BMP); Resolution:300-600 dpi; COLORS: 2 COLORS (BLACK/WHITE) � 1 � Bit color depth; make sure that the file size is smaller than 8 MB!

Q: Do we deliver?
A. We would be happy to send your order out by mail or by courier, prepaid and charged to the invoice.

A. The majority of on-line orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Q: Is it possible to see a layout of a stamp before it is made? Do we do proofs?
A. During the Online Ordering process you will be able to preview your stamp as you typeset it. There is also an option to download your layout as a PDF which may be printed if so required.

Q: Do we offer RUSH SERVICE, and do we charge for it?
Yes, we make every attempt and effort to ensure that we accommodate each and every customer and meet your RUSH deadlines. The amount we charge will vary depending on the nature of the RUSH.
